At NOVEL Cary, we’re no strangers to the kitchen, and there are no strangers in our kitchen. Food forms communal kinship, inspiring a reconnection to each other and shared appetites. Our unique amenities cater to culinary cultures: bicycle food cart, large scale dining tables, a wok station, Big Green Egg, a library of cookbooks and more. Accessible ingredients via our on-site gardens, edible plants and herb beds, featured foods prepared by local chefs in our demonstration kitchen and partnerships with local farmers will help bring flavors in their freshest form to our residents.
